                Tai Chi Sydney Course

Tai Chi Sydney courses are suitable for novices, beginners and those who had stopped practising Tai Chi some time ago but want to start again from the beginning. Tai Chi beginner courses are run by Tai Chi Society in many suburbs in Sydney. Tai Chi Sydney courses start regularly. The Tai Chi course is an eight week term, with ongoing weekly lessons offered thereafter. You are not obliged to join the Tai Chi course when you attend the first of eight classes ( the first class is obligation-free ), but if you want to continue with the course then the first class is part of the eight-week course.

Tai Chi Sydney beginner courses are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Also, our Tai Chi courses are beneficial for people with medical conditions such as arthritis, asthma, diabetes, lower back pain, high and low blood pressure and other conditions.

Tai Chi Society courses also teach Qigong -- the art of gentle stretching with rhythmic breathing. For more detailed information about the differences between Tai Chi and Qigong, refer to the article posted by Tai Chi Society:
